1. Professional Framework

By accessing the digital portals of NRV Lab Informatics and engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Engagement. These terms define the operational standards between NRV and its global clientele within the laboratory informatics sector.

2. Independent Advisory Status

NRV Lab Informatics operates as an **independent technical consultancy**. It is important to note the following professional boundaries:

No Affiliation: NRV is not a partner, reseller, or legal affiliate of platform providers including, but not limited to, LabVantage®, StarLIMS®, LabWare®, Oracle®, or SAP®.
Unbiased Architecture: Our technical advice and system selections are driven purely by client requirements and industry best practices, free from third-party sales incentives.
Software Licensing: Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary software licenses directly from the respective platform vendors. NRV provides the expertise to implement and optimize these assets.

3. Service Architecture

Our scope of work is centered on high-integrity digital transformations. NRV specializes in:

Strategic Consultancy: Independent LIMS assessment and workflow orchestration.
Integration Engineering: Development of bi-directional data flows and REST API frameworks.
Technical Support: Subject matter expertise for configuration and system optimization.

4. Legal Jurisdiction (UAE)

These terms and all operational agreements are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. NRV Lab Informatics, established in the Ajman Free Zone, operates under the regulatory jurisdiction of the Emirate of Ajman.

5. Intellectual Property Protocol

NRV Property: Pre-existing methodologies, proprietary code libraries, and technical frameworks remain the exclusive property of NRV.
Client Deliverables: Upon full settlement of financial obligations, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use custom configurations for their specific internal operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

NRV provides expertise based on current global informatics standards. NRV shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or business profit, beyond the specific value of the engagement defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
